1 / All deliveries are carried out with the french company "La Poste". The shipping is free in France from 50 euros to buy, for the DOM and TOM from 150 euros of purchase, 300 € in Europe and from 400 euros of purchase in the rest of the world . For custom jewelry, the charges are in addition to the price set for the jewel ordered, there is no carriage.

2 / All shipments are made the same day of receipt of payment excluding Sundays and holidays. Payment must arrive before 3 pm ( French hour). After 3 pm (French hour), the mailing is done the next day.

3 / For small packages in France, shipments are sent with "lettre max" followed. The number of "lettre max" is sent to you in order to forward your mail on the Post website

4 / For larger volumes, packages are shipped in France with "Colissimo". Colissimo number is communicated to you in order to track your package on the Post website.

5 / Packages to destinations in Europe and internationally are sent by international mail recommended that lets Karuni track the shipment.
